DFW CAI has created a vehicle to highlight the selfless work of association volunteers.  The “Community of the Month” award is now available to any community association in the DFW area that demonstrates the finest qualities of the human spirit.  These can be:

1)                   A successful charitable event

2)                   A new or creative solution to a community issue

3)                   Extraordinary efforts to aid the larger community

4)                   Other unique or interesting approaches to building community spirit or enhancing sound governance

All the winners will receive the following:

1)                   Recognition at our luncheons

2)                   Recognition on our website

3)                   Recognition for their management company

4)                   President is our guest at luncheon

5)                   A chance to be named “Community of the Year”

6)                   A press release to local media about their award

If your community does not win for a particular month, they can remain in the running for the next month.
