Goal:

Publish and distribute Membership Directory to all members by February, 2012

This committee is perfect for managers, business partners, and homeowners who are looking for a short-term assignment that can be done mostly over the phone.  The committee only has one or two meetings to discuss sponsorship and directory sales, and to mark progress; the rest is done electronically.

• Verify each primary member’s information, including: Company Name, Address, Phone, Fax, Email, Company Contact.
• Sell advertising to cover the cost of publication and distribution; use current directory for renewal calls and upgrades.
• Contact 2011 sponsors and advertisers.
• Be ready with prices and ad sizes.
• Gather advertising artwork and copy for Chapter and publisher.
• Provide information on sponsorship where applicable.
