Growing HOA Management Company in the DFW area is looking to fill the position of Staff Accountant Immediately.  We are looking for someone with experience in accrual based accounting that is able to catch on quickly and work with multiple companies, with extreme accuracy.  You will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Coordinate and monitor accounting department functions to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis.

  10. Oversee, recommend changes, and prepare analysis to recover charges and invoices for chargeback’s and management fees.

First considerations for employment will be given to applicants with qualified industry experience.  Experience and proficiency in A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entry’s, Amortizations, Resale Certificates, Budgets as well as Accrual Based Monthly Financial Statements will also gain interest for consideration.
