3 Meetings, Assist on Day of Event

Create an energetic event that connects decision makers with business partners, provides quality education, and covers all expenses related to event.

The 2012 Expo and Trade Show will be expanded to a 2-Day event!  Friday will focus on the needs of community association managers, and Saturday will focus on the needs of homeowners.  This dynamic new angle to our traditional event will pose some challenges to the incoming committee, but there are lots of established committee members who can lend a helping hand!

Come be part of what we hope is a record-breaking event!

  • Research and provide information on location for trade show.
  • Submit to Board for approval suggested themes for event.
  • Research and provide cost information for trade show and each part of having the show; room rental; food; drink; entertainment; and booth costs.
  • Sell booths and distribute show information to exhibitors, speakers, and potential attendees.
  • Engage sponsors for door prizes; drawing; and a grand prize activity to ensure traffic at each booth.
  • Create a promotional plan for traffic to the show and each booth.
  • Create a promotional plan for non-member traffic for the show.
  • Provide budget and report of information to Board of Directors for approval.
  • Assist in all aspects of show set up, registration, event direction, vendor assistance, and other duties on the day of the show.
