• Goal:

Organize and execute Annual Golf Tournament and one (1) other Social Event (schedule permitting).

• Research member interest in various social events for 2011.
• Research and provide cost information for each part of selected events, including: food, drink, space rental, ticket costs, deposits, etc.
• Engage sponsor for each event to underwrite the cost of the event
• Solicit donations for event, in the form of gift certificates, sponsorships, giveaways, etc.
• Provide report to Board of Directors for approval of event.
• Attend and participate in each event as much as possible.
• Engage volunteers for support staff at each event if committee member is participating in the event.
• Provide magazine article to Magazine Committee Chair.
• Provide monthly report to the Board of Directors
